♪Sky Treeeeeeeeee♪

So last night was REALLY exciting! I...actually went to the Sky Tree with a bunch of my friends! ^__^ WOW! It was just....WOW <3

First, we went to Asakusa to meet up with Brenna's friends (Kouji,Atsushi,Kenshou,and the other guy who's name I forgot...)! Asakusa is such a pretty place in the evening! Most of the shops had already closed down but we at least got to skim it <3 Then after that....SKY TREE!!!

Okay, so I'm PETRIFIED of heights. You couldn't pay me to get on a roller coaster or even a Ferris wheel! I'm DEATHLY afraid of heights! But when I saw the Sky Tree...in all its beauty...and glory :'D You know what? Forget being scared! I finally #YOLO'd! I mean...how often do I go to Japan?? Sometimes, I think it's good to put aside your fears and just go for it every now and then!

So I did <3

For those of you that don't know, the Sky Tree is one of the world's tallest buildings. It's.....REALLY high. I took a lot of amazing photos of it!! It really was one of the most beautiful buildings that I had ever seen!! ^_^

So Kenshou,Brenna,Sodany,Kouji, and I all decided we would pay the $20 fee and ride up to the top of the Sky Tree. I was a little nervous at first when we were in the elevator cause we went up so fast! But then once I got up there....

Wow. It was just WOW.

I could see ALL of Tokyo from the Sky Tree! And it was at night, too, so the view was breathtaking!! I was literally too stunned for words!! I took SOOO many pictures! Hahahaha!

You could see the Odaiba ferris wheel, the Tokyo Tower, and a bunch of other really cool towers and stuff! It was such a romantic atmosphere, too!! Too bad I wasn't on a date...

But overall, it was so fantastic!! I definitely want to go there again!!

After the Sky Tree trip and another visit to an Izakaya with everyone, I decided to make my way back home. I was sitting on the train, cranking up some Vocaloid, when reality kind of dawned on me.

I really do never want to leave Japan.

Yeah, I've got a lot of amazing friends and family back home waiting for me... But I finally feel like I really belong somewhere, ya know? Like, maybe I'm /meant/ to stay in Japan. Pssssh, if it wasn't for Disney and the ungodly cost of tuition, I would totally extend my KCP stay to a whole year!! But....this is only a small fraction of my Adventure of a Life Time. I still have about a month left in Japan and then I have four months of Disney to look forward to! Nothing ever lasts forever, right?

But after graduation, I want to come back here. I'm so much happier in Japan then I am in America.... Then again, I'm probably biased cause the only places I've ever known were Alabama and Miami :p And there really isn't much in Alabama. In fact, it's probably the most dull state, in my opinion!! But yeah... I really don't ever want to leave Japan.

I guess I have no choice but to do the Jet Program the second after I graduate! hahahahaha! But just you wait and see--once I get to Disney, I'm never gonna wanna leave there either! Ahhhh, life's full of tough choices, isn't it?

Well, we'll see where God puts me. But for now....I just want to enjoy every minute of Nihon <3

~~~~~~~~~
This morning, I had a VERY important date with a VERY important person <3 Taiga and Ririka's school was having a culture festival this morning. Otou-san was Ririka's escort and since Okaa-san was working today, I needed to be Taiga's escort <3 So I was Taiga's date for the culture festival! Hahahaha! Of course, I spent half the time chasing after him cause he kept running off! But still! Ha ha!
Japanese kids are the absolute cutest <3 I kept getting weird stares from all of them cause I was the weird "Gaijin". I did have one parent of one of the kids come up and was like, "You're the Katou family's new student? AH! YOU'RE SO KAWAII!"
I kinda just stood there blankly and laughed sheepishly ^_^;;; I'm not exactly "kawaii"... I'm the awkward, fat American since everything above a size XS in considered fat in Japan! XD hahahahaha! No Kawaii? Yeeeeeeeeeah! Totally doesn't describe me these days!! But that same lady asked to take my picture....Maybe my confidence boosted just a little bit more <3
The day isn't over yet and I have an exciting evening to look forward to in Tsukiji :) I guess I better get going! Tomorrow is a pretty big day, too.... But first....I MUST GO YUKATA SHOPPING FOR THE FESTIVAL TOMORROW! (゚Д゚≡゚Д゚)
